Who We Support
We support families referred by local authorities, the courts, or independent safeguarding bodies who need professional assessment and support to ensure child safety and family wellbeing.
Referral Criteria
Families where there are active child protection concerns requiring professional assessment and intervention.
Cases requiring comprehensive evaluation of parenting capacity and ability to meet children's needs.
Situations where children may be at risk of significant harm and require immediate assessment and support.
Families with a history of neglect, substance misuse, or other factors affecting child welfare.
What to Expect
Referral Received
We acknowledge your referral within 24 hours and begin initial review
Initial Contact
Our team contacts you within 48 hours to discuss needs and arrange meeting
Admission
Family admission process with full orientation and support
Assessment
Comprehensive 12-week assessment with ongoing support and reviews
Final Report
Detailed report with recommendations and next steps
